For some reason clients want to know when their projects will be complete so they can plan for their business. As a project manager I normally want to know if the team's performance is changing and how it's changing so I can better support the team and troubleshoot operational issues.

I keep coming across cool applications lately, and Dev Shop is definately a nice one for developers everywhere. On a recent project, I got stuck with arduous task of being the project manager and keeping time lines for about 5 people, while trying to manage myself and my own time.
